Gurvir Kaur Kaila is an experienced product and program manager with a strong background in tech and consulting. She has worked on cross-functional cloud-native apps in various sectors, including public sector, banking, e-commerce, and supply chain. Currently working as a Technical Program Manager and Technology Consultant at Deloitte, Gurvir generates product roadmap strategies to implement new government policies in CRM application through Integrated Case Management systems (ICM) in SDLC, Agile (SCRUM, RUP, XP), environment, and CI/CD pipelines.
